Anxiety is an often overlooked mental health issue which if left untreated can become a chronic condition, leading to more serious health issues.
Anxiety NZ commissioned us to tell the stories of some of their people to help destigmatise the condition and overcome potential embarrassment when seeking help, particularly amongst some minority communities.
We chose to create films where the subject could discuss their journey whilst showing a positive aspect to their lives.
